I realized (as I was already on my way to Mount Baldy) that today technically marked my first 6 months living in California. Sitting in a tree by a creek, having just seem snow for the first time ever in my life, I realized that between the trip today, working on this feature in Hollywood, and cultivating these wonderful friendships I have out here working with some of the finest human beings I know; that I am so incredibly lucky and genuinely glad that I moved. I do miss my friends and film back home, of course, but this is exactly where I belong. Thank you to everyone involved in my life. You have all been so instrumental in my decision making that it’s only fair to say I owe it all those who surround me in my life.
